Frequently asked questions
What photo should I send?
A clear photo in which the car is easy to see.
The photo is used as the reference for the illustration.
What details do I need to fill in?
For the detailed plaque, you need to fill in: make, model, year, registration number, engine, power, torque, weight, 0–100 km/h and top speed.
All fields are required.
If you choose the minimalist plaque (no technical data), you only need the make, model and registration number.
Can I see the design first?
Yes. As soon as you start personalising, you'll see LIVE how your plaque will look.
The only difference is that the preview can't show the mirror effect, so in real life it looks much better.
Can I order a plaque for a car I no longer own?
Yes. If you have a photo and its details, you can add it to Legendary Collectibles just like the car you drive today.
Can I order several cars?
Yes. Each one is personalised separately. Set up the first car, add it to your cart, then come back to this page and set up the next one.
The multi-plaque discount is applied automatically at checkout.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your country and are shown at checkout, before you pay.
Do you only make plaques of cars?
No.
We can also make motorcycles, trucks, commercial vehicles and other types of vehicle.
What if I don't like it?
If you don't like the product once it arrives, you have 30 days to request a return by emailing contact@lacolectie.ro or using the form on our website.
When you request a return, the serial number assigned to your plaque in the Legendary Collectibles Registry becomes void, and we reserve the right to sell the plaque to someone else.
My plaque arrived damaged. What should I do?
We work hard to give our customers a unique and enjoyable experience, and we pack every product with care.
Even so, in rare cases products can be damaged in transit.
If your plaque arrived damaged, email a photo to contact@lacolectie.ro with your order number or the plaque's serial number, and we'll send you a new one as soon as possible.
What's the difference between Compact and Grand?
Both contain the same information.
Compact is the smaller version, while Grand is larger, makes the car and its specs more visible and has a more striking effect.
How long does delivery take?
Your order arrives within 4–9 business days, depending on your country.
How can I pay?
We accept online payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Because it's a personalised product, it can't be resold if it's refused once ordered.
