Where we deliver

We deliver to Romania and to all member states of the European Union, through the courier companies we work with at the time the order is placed.

Delivery times

Every plaque is made to order, from the photo and details of your car. Preparation and engraving take 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed, after which the parcel is handed to the courier.

  • Romania: delivery within 2–3 business days of placing the order.
  • Other European Union countries: delivery within 4–9 business days of placing the order, depending on the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays. The estimated delivery date is also shown on the product page.

For availability reasons, an order may be delivered in several parcels, but you only pay once. If you want delivery to several addresses, please place a separate order for each address, each with its own delivery costs.

Events such as war, riots, fire, strikes or accidents are considered force majeure and release us from the obligation to deliver within the announced time.

Please check the parcel on arrival and report any missing items or damage to the courier. If your plaque arrived damaged, email us at contact@stl-creations.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll send you a new one.

Delivery costs

  • Romania: free delivery on orders of at least 180 lei. For orders under 180 lei, delivery costs 19 lei.
  • Other European Union countries: delivery costs €12. The cost is also shown at checkout, before you pay.
  • We don't charge extra for distance or weight.
  • Deliveries within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.

Payment information

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of the delivery country (lei – RON in Romania, euro – EUR in other European Union countries) and include VAT where applicable. The delivery cost is not included in the product price and is shown separately before you pay.

The price invoiced is the one in the order confirmation. Prices may change from time to time; products are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is placed.

Before paying, please check the products in your cart and their prices. Promotional offers are valid only for the period stated in the offer and while stocks last.

Payment methods

Payment is made securely online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay or Google Pay. You can pay with a personal or a business card.

Card details are processed exclusively by the payment processor. Our store does not request or store your card details.
