1. Who we are
The legendarycollectibles.eu and lacolectie.ro websites and the Legendary Collectibles and La Colecție online stores are operated by STL EMBEDED CREATIONS S.R.L., with its registered office at Strada Kovari 75, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, 400217, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under No. J2020001305120, tax ID 42512332 ("Legendary Collectibles", "La Colecție", "we").

2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the use of the website and to all orders placed through it by customers in Romania and in the other member states of the European Union. Together with the Shipping Policy, the Return Policy and the Privacy Policy, they form the contract between you and us. Please read them before placing an order.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.
3. Our products
Legendary Collectibles plaques are personalised products, made to order from the photo and details you send us. The preview shown on the website is a guide: the mirror effect of the acrylic and some shades cannot be reproduced exactly on screen, and the final illustration may differ slightly from the preview as a result of the production process.
Car manufacturers' names and, where applicable, logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify your vehicle. Legendary Collectibles is not affiliated with or sponsored by these manufacturers.
4. The photos and details you send us
Only send us photos you have the right to use and that do not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter (make, model, year, registration number, technical specifications), which we use exactly as you provide them.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the photo or text you send is illegal or offensive or infringes the rights of others. In that case we refund the full amount you paid.
We use your photos and details only to make and deliver your order, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Orders and conclusion of the contract
You place an order by adding personalised products to your cart, entering your delivery details and completing payment. Before you pay, you can review and correct your order details.
The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. Before shipping, we may refuse or cancel an order if the displayed price contains an obvious error, if we suspect a fraudulent transaction or if we are unable to make the product. In these cases we will let you know and refund the full amount you paid.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of the delivery country (lei – RON in Romania, euro – EUR in other European Union countries) and include VAT where applicable. The delivery cost is shown separately before you pay.
Payment is made exclusively online, by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not accept cash on delivery.
Multi-plaque discounts and other promotions are applied automatically in the cart, under the conditions shown on the website at the time of the order.
7. Delivery
We deliver to Romania and to all member states of the European Union. Delivery times and costs are described in the Shipping Policy. The risk of loss of or damage to the product passes to you when you, or a person you designate (other than the courier), take possession of it.
8. Returns and guarantee
You have 30 days to return the product, including personalised products, as described in the Return Policy.
All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If the product arrives damaged, is defective or does not match your order, email us at contact@stl-creations.com. We will send you a new plaque free of charge or refund the amount you paid, without limiting your other statutory rights.
9. The Legendary Collectibles Registry
Every plaque gets a unique LC number and is entered in the public Legendary Collectibles Registry. The Registry does not publicly display sensitive data such as the registration number.
If a plaque is returned, its Registry number is cancelled. Any future benefits linked to Registry numbers are offered at our discretion and are not part of the product price.
10. Reviews
If you publish a review or send us a photo of your plaque for publication, you allow us to display it on the website and on our communication channels, together with your first name (or initials) and city. You can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing contact@stl-creations.com.
11. Intellectual property
The website content (texts, design, photos, graphics) and the plaque designs belong to Legendary Collectibles or our partners and are protected by law. You may not copy them or use them commercially without our written consent.
12. Use of the website
Please use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the operation or security of the website, collect other users' data or submit false information.
13. Liability
We are liable for the products we sell and for our services as provided by law. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure or for temporary interruptions of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it.
14. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer resident in another member state of the European Union, you continue to benefit from the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
If a problem arises, please email us first at contact@stl-creations.com so that we can try to resolve it amicably. You may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, www.anpc.ro), including for alternative dispute resolution, or the consumer protection authority in your country. As a consumer, you may also bring proceedings before the courts where you live.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the version in force on the date it was placed. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
